Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy a fulfilling time at Japanese Painting Experience Space Nonoma,
we have established a cancellation policy for reservations.
Please check before making a reservation.

Cancellation Fee

For the Japanese painting experience program offered by Nonoma, we ask that you make a payment in advance via Square.
In the event of cancellation due to personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged.
The reservation will be confirmed after payment has been confirmed, and in the event of cancellation, the amount minus the cancellation fee will be refunded.

50% of the booked course

Cancellation on the day before or on the day of your reservation

100% of the course you booked

Cancellation without notice

100% of the course you booked

If you need to cancel due to an accident, weather, disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances,
please contact us within one week of the reservation date.

Regarding delays on the day

Please note that if you are more than 20 minutes late for the start of the experience,
your reservation will be cancelled.
